Most other programs and books are filled with endless fluff and empty promises — making it feel like pulling teeth just to extract any real, practical information. We wanted to return to the proven, old-school tradition that actually works — the rigorous, deeply personal, in-person training that dedicated Masters and slaves have passed down through generations. That is why Iron Collar Academy exists. We are a not-for-profit M/s educational organization dedicated to honoring and continuing that proud legacy of hands-on, in-person training. Limited to just eight slaves per program and staffed by multiple experienced trainers (both Masters and slaves), ICA delivers the undivided attention, relentless real-time correction, and immersive real-world practice that online programs simply cannot match. This is not a private hunting ground for trainers looking for personal slaves. This is a serious, slave focused training academy.

At Iron Collar Academy, we offer two comprehensive training tracks — one for masters and one for slaves. Both tracks are taught using a blend of instructors from both roles. The slave track is primarily led by experienced slaves, with select modules taught by masters. Similarly, the master track is mainly taught by masters, with certain sections led by slaves. This balanced approach ensures that participants receive valuable insights from both perspectives throughout their training.

The Ultimate 3½-Day Program

This is your gateway to unyielding submission. All meals are provided, with some served from dog bowls to reinforce discipline. Each night you will sleep in secure, symbolic restraint — cages, sleepsacks, straitjackets, or shackles — deepening your chosen surrender.

Over the course of three and a half intense days you will:

Trace the storied history of the slave role
Master slave positions, hand signals, protocols, and rituals
Deeply explore the Master/slave dynamic through negotiation and the sacred tension between agency and total surrender
Put theory into practice with private and public demonstrations, including service at a local Leather bar, shop, or restaurant
