Will the Iron Collar Academy (ICA) help me find a Master?
We do not act as a matchmaking service. What we do is far more effective: we train you to become the kind of slave that high-quality, experienced Masters actively seek and desire to own. The program gives you the skills, rock-solid discipline, precise protocols, and powerful slave mindset that make you stand out dramatically from other submissives. You will leave collar-forged — confident, competent, and highly desirable. A truly well-trained slave is rare. Masters notice the difference immediately! We provide the foundation. The rest — consistent practice, carrying yourself with presence, and placing yourself in the right environment — is up to you.
Does the type of slavery/servitude I want exist?
Yes, the form of slavery and servitude I desire does exist. It is built on transparent communication with the Master, clear negotiation of limits, and openly discussing my priorities regarding work, family, and all social commitments (church, clubs, etc.) upfront to ensure there are no surprises.
Will there be sex?
You will be locked in chastity for the entire 3 ½ days, so your cock is off-limits. Trainers will not engage in penetrative sex with you. The primary focus is protocol, posture, service, attitude and mindset - not sex.
I am straight, bi, trans, non-binary, or disabled. Can I still attend?
Yes - provided you are at least 21 years old and can physically kneel, crawl, climb stairs, and be restrained overnight. The ICA does not care about your identity or orientation in the outside world. We only care about your willingness to train seriously.
But I am fat, ugly, or old?
Some Masters prefer an older life-seasoned slave, or Bear type body. The fact is, most Masters care far more about your attitude, discipline, and level of training and skill you possess than your physical appearance or age. A truly dedicated, obedient, well-trained slave is rare and extremely desirable. Focus on being the best slave you can be! The rest is not your concern - it will be Master’s choice.
What if I cannot stay locked in chastity the entire weekend?
You will be personally fitted with a device upon arrival. If a genuine medical issue arises, the device is removed immediately with no shame or penalty. Your health and safety come first! You may bring your own device if preferred; otherwise, we provide one (with keys) free of charge to take home with you. We do advise you to take it off when going through TSA security screening.
What if I need to leave early?
You may leave at any time, no questions asked. However, because materials and food have already been provided, there are no refunds once the program begins. Special consideration is possible.
What if it turns out being a slave is not what I really want?
Discovering the honest answer to this question may be one of the most valuable things you gain from the weekend. You will leave with clarity and confidence about your true path - whatever that may be.
Do you accept M/s couples?
This program is for submissives only. If you already have a Master, He may mentor you afterward, but the 3 ½ days are yours alone. In the future, there will be Masters Retreats scheduled where both Masters and slaves can attend, but slaves will be in service to all the Masters, with no favoritism towards your Master allowed as slave will be in domestic service, not sexual, to all the Masters.
What is the daily schedule like?
There is no free time. The program runs from 4:00 p.m. Thursday until 4:00 p.m. Sunday under full protocol. You will get 6–7 hours of sleep each night in secure bondage. Meals (some eaten from dog bowls) and one evening snack are provided. Expect program instruction, demonstrations, hand-on training, and real-world practice. You always retain the right to say ‘no’ to any activity or use your safeword “RED” to stop immediately.
When I leave on Sunday, who am I?
it (you) are the same person who arrived . . . carrying a depth of submission almost no one in the outside world will ever understand. As a slave, it will be truly ready for the life it chooses next! Leaving with a heightened sense of pride and purpose that people will notice. You will leave with a plan and resources to continue your education and prepared to vet any prospective dominate or Master you consider.
Nothing works for me / I can never really get what I want, so why try?
There is usually one of two things going on: 1) You just have not tried the right thing yet, so the solution is not to give up but to keep on trying until you find what works for you. So, take this training with an open mind, and admit to yourself that you do not know what the future holds, and that you are willing to allow something new into your life; 2) Sometimes slaves have deep unconscious patterns that limit their success. The solution to this is you drop any concerns, go through our slave training program wholeheartedly, and if you still need help you can always let us know. You will be a part of the brotherhood, an ever-growing fraternity.
What are the Logistics?
The program runs from 4:00 p.m. Thursday until 4:00 p.m. Sunday. You may fly into either Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW), or Dallas Love Field (DAL) airport, then take an Uber/Lyft for a 25-minute ride to the Iron Collar Academy. Address provided after your registration is completed. The cost is $250.00 via Zelle. Instructions for Zelle will be included with your registration packet after you complete the application form.
What If I have special needs?
There is a place in the application to let us know your food allergies, physical limitations, etc.
Is aftercare provided?
Yes. Trained staff are available 24/7, with blankets, water, snacks, and emotional support.
