‍ CONSENT / SAFETY / CODE OF CONDUCT

At the Iron Collar Academy, consent is absolute, ongoing, and non-negotiable. We are a serious, not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to ethical, consensual Total Power Exchange (TPE) training. Every aspect of our intensive is built on the principles of Risk-Aware Consensual Kink (RACK), enthusiastic consent, personal agency, and mutual respect.

Our Core Consent Principles

  • You always retain your agency.
    Consent is freely given, informed, and can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without explanation or penalty.

  • Safewords are sacred.

    • RED = Stop everything immediately. All activity ceases and aftercare begins.

    • YELLOW = Pause, check in, or slow down.
      When a safeword is spoken, it is respected instantly and without question.

  • Negotiation is mandatory.
    Before any training begins, you will have a detailed, private negotiation with the trainers. Your hard limits, soft limits, medical conditions, triggers, and special needs will be clearly documented and strictly honored.

  • Chosen Surrender, Not Coercion.
    We do not break people. We train men who willingly choose to surrender. True power exchange can only exist when it is freely offered.

Safety Protocols

  • All trainers are experienced, vetted, and committed to your physical and emotional well-being.

  • Equipment (restraints, chastity devices, etc.) is fitted carefully and monitored continuously.

  • We maintain a clean, hygienic training environment and follow safer sex practices where relevant.

  • Physical and mental health are always prioritized. If something doesn’t feel right, we stop.

  • Lead Trainers are First Aid, CPR & AED trained and certified.

  • An AED is on-site.

  • A Fire House with paramedics is just 0.6 miles away.

  • Your pertinent medical information and is sealed for confidentiality and only opened in the event of a medical emergency. It is destroyed after you leave.

  • You will never be left alone, unsupervised.

  • NOTICE: there is one cat and latex and rubber onsite should you be allergic.

Aftercare & Support

Aftercare is not optional — it is an essential part of every session and the full intensive.
You will receive emotional support, hydration, nourishment, blankets, and a safe space to process and decompress. Trained staff are available 24/7 during the intensive.

Code of Conduct

  • Respect, consent, and confidentiality are mandatory.

  • Any violation of consent, coercion, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the intensive with no refund!

  • All participants and trainers are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity.

Important Statement

While the training at Iron Collar Academy is intense, immersive, and designed to push limits, everything that happens here is 100% consensual adult power-exchange training. This is not fantasy role-play or abuse — it is a structured, negotiated journey of chosen surrender between responsible adults.
